kgf3 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering on the kgf3 platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Introduction & Acceptance
kgf3 is an online gaming platform offering slots, casino games, cricket betting, and various other gaming services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("you" or "user") who uses the kgf3 platform.
By creating an account on kgf3 or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
kgf3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
User Eligibility
To open an account and use services on the kgf3 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. kgf3 services are strictly prohibited for minors.
- You must operate the account entirely in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
- All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You have not previously been permanently banned from kgf3 for any policy violation.
kgf3 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any user at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on kgf3, you must provide accurate personal information. It is your responsibility to notify kgf3 immediately of any changes to the information provided at registration.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kgf3 support immediately.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
kgf3 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when required. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document as part of this process. Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC is completed.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your own account at any time through support. kgf3 also reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a policy violation.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Funds can currently be deposited on kgf3 through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Separate maximum limits may apply for specific methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to withdrawals from kgf3:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Additional verification processes may require extra time where applicable.
4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Depositing funds from another person's account or making withdrawals on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
All transactions on kgf3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on kgf3 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus due to the maximum limit, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses received. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer can be claimed by each player once only.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- kgf3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- Each bonus may have a specific expiry date — unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
Fair Play & Betting Rules
6.1 Gaming Rules
kgf3 believes in a "fair play" policy. All games on the platform are operated through reputable software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) and all outcomes are entirely random.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the game systems.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
- Participating in account or money laundering activities.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without kgf3's permission.
6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting
kgf3 offers betting on cricket and various other sports. Selecting the applicable market at the time of betting is entirely the user's own responsibility. kgf3 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
Data Protection & Privacy

10.2 Game Outcomes
Online gaming and betting carry a risk of financial loss. kgf3 is not responsible for the outcome of any game or bet. Setting personal limits before playing and gaming responsibly is each user's own responsibility.
10.3 Third-Party Software
kgf3 uses software from third-party game providers. kgf3's liability for any defects or technical issues with such software is limited.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between kgf3 and the user. No prior oral or written discussions replace these Terms.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Language
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
12.4 Amendments to Terms
kgf3 may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for significant changes. Using the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
